Handrail Scales: Seca 684

The Seca 684 Handrail Scale is a wheelchair scale, handrail scale, and chair scale combined into one unit. The 684 Bariatric Scale has an integrated fold up seat well-suited for patients with circulatory problems. The seat can be folded into the attached railing with one hand, and the legs of the seat fold automatically in and out. The Seca 684 has a large 80 x 85 cm platform for easy maneuverability of wheelchairs. The platform includes a barrier for the front wheels of the wheelchair to provide added security. A swivel-mounted display at hip level provides convenience and comfortable operation for health care professionals.

The Seca 684 is ideal for nursing homes, general medicine, internal medicine, and child and youth health care due to its multi-use purpose. Other features include a pre-TARE function that tares away the weight of the wheelchair. The Hold function allows the weight to be shown on the display after the scale is no longer in use. Patients may be attended to prior to the values being recorded. A convenient damping function determines precise weight even with movement on the scale. The weight capacity is 800 lbs with a 0.2 lb graduation (363 kg with a 100 g graduation). The 684 Multipurpose Bariatric Scale is powered by an AC adapter (included).
