The weight readout has rotating poise bars for dual readings in pounds or kilograms. The poise bars have a lock-in feature for error-free operation. The weight capacity is 130 lb with 1 oz graduations or 65 kg with 20 g graduations. Health-o-Meter baby scales are factory calibrated to ensure accuracy of weight measurements.
